Tiene alto contenido en fibra y prote\u00ednas, as\u00ed como varias vitaminas y almid\u00f3n (carbohidrato de lenta absorci\u00f3n). Adem\u00e1s, la ausencia de carbohidratos de absorci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida puede convertirlo en un nutriente de gran valor, si se combina adecuadamente en la dieta. Algunas explicaciones sobre esta \u00faltima afirmaci\u00f3n pueden leerse\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.botanical-online.com\/hidratosdecarbonocomplejos.htm\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Quinoa vs Lenteja<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si se compara con la composici\u00f3n de la lenteja, puede comprobarse que esta \u00faltima tiene una composici\u00f3n parecida, menor contenido cal\u00f3rico, el doble de prote\u00ednas y m\u00e1s vitaminas y minerales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es decir, tenemos un alimento mucho m\u00e1s disponible y generalmente m\u00e1s barato que nos aporta todo lo que la quinoa y m\u00e1s, por lo que a nivel estrictamente nutricional quiz\u00e1 la quinoa no aporte nada nuevo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, la quinoa es menos flatulenta que las legumbres y posee un alto valor cal\u00f3rico en comparaci\u00f3n con alimentos similares que puede aportar ventajas en algunas personas, en funci\u00f3n de sus objetivos y utilizada con precauci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ello, se la proponemos a algunos\/as de nuestros clientes, y generalmente es muy bien aceptada por su sabor y posibilidades de combinaci\u00f3n culinaria.
