La pregunta por tanto es: \u00bfc\u00f3mo puedo quitarme esos kilos?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soy una persona bastante deportista, me gusta ir al gimnasio a correr m\u00ednimo 30 minutos al d\u00eda, y hacer de vez en cuando algunas pesas para tonificar brazos, despu\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ayrmed.com\/editorial\/un-secreto-para-aprovechar-el-cafe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tomar un caf\u00e9 fuertecito<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora me estoy preparando la media Marathon, por lo que voy a correr 1 hora tres d\u00edas a la semana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo que he notado con este entrenamiento es que me ha aumentado el volumen de las piernas, cosa que antes no me pasaba aun haciendo mucho deporte, y tambi\u00e9n me preocupa porque no s\u00e9 si puede deberse a la alimentaci\u00f3n que estoy llevando, la cual es bastante saludable, pues como muchas ensaladas a base de lechuga, tomate, zanahoria, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ayrmed.com\/editorial\/quinoa-nos-aporta-algo-nuevo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">quinoa<\/a> y pepino, tambi\u00e9n pollo a la plancha, bastante fruta -principalmente manzana y naranja-, leche desnatada y yogures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo malo es que a veces me pego alg\u00fan capricho, cosa muy f\u00e1cil en este pa\u00eds, dadas las cantidades de tipos de galletas de chocolates y dulces que ofrecen. Tambi\u00e9n tengo mucha gula muchas veces y me cuesta mucho controlarla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He intentado hacer una dieta por m\u00ed sola a base principalmente de verduras, hortalizas y frutas, pero no estoy segura de c\u00f3mo hacer que funcione bien de acuerdo al ejercicio que hago: qu\u00e9 tomar antes y despu\u00e9s de hacer ejercicio para favorecer al cuerpo, y en qu\u00e9 medida; y tampoco s\u00e9 cuando empezar\u00eda a ver resultados. Por eso tambi\u00e9n me \u201crayo\u201d m\u00e1s la cabeza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n me gustar\u00eda preguntarles, dado que soy bastante deportista, qu\u00e9 tipo de ejercicios me vendr\u00edan mejor; hab\u00eda pensado sesiones de HIIT, pues como en ellas no se siguen los mismos ritmos el cuerpo no se acostumbra y ayuda a la quema de grasa, \u00bfqu\u00e9 pens\u00e1is?, \u00bfquiz\u00e1s me venga mejor simplemente andar para no aumentar m\u00e1s de volumen, aunque sean los m\u00fasculos?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y por ultimo, el arroz y la patata no eran alimentos que tomase muy a menudo en Espa\u00f1a, pero aqu\u00ed los tomo bastante, \u00bfpuede ser eso lo que me haya hecho <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sobrepeso\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">engordar<\/a> m\u00e1s?
